You can assign an action to users that is linked to a checklist, meaning that when they complete the checklist, the action will be marked as ‘Complete for Review’. 

This provides a layer of assurance that checks are being done, as any that miss their deadline will show as Overdue within Workspace and can be followed up with directly.

 

 

When a checklist is linked, the user will be shown an additional screen on completion of the checklist:
