Archiving Reports in Safe365

All reports produced through the Safe365 mobile app can be archived inside the Performance Dashboard. These reports can be archived once they have been marked as Closed/Completed.
This is a good way to keep your Safe365 Performance Dashboard up to date with the recent reports.
Once these reports are Archived you can still view them inside the system and un-archive if needed. This guide will take you through all the important steps.
How to Close a Report
How to Close an Incident Report
Once you've viewed and completed any follow up actions you can close reports in the system. This allows you to keep track of reports that have been completed and reports that are still open.
How to Close a Report:
- Navigate to the Performance Dashboard.
- Click into the Report.
- Click ‘Close/Complete’.
The Report will be marked as Closed but remain in the list of submitted reports.
Un-Archive a Report
If you need to un-archive any reports you've previously archived you can also do this in the Safe365 Performance Dashboard.
Un-archiving Reports in Safe365
To Un-Archive a Report:
- Click through to the Performance Dashboard.
- Click on the Report Type for the Archived Report.
- In the Search panel, click the ‘x’ on the default statuses.
- Click on ‘Archived’.
- Click ‘Search’.
This will show you all the Archived Reports.
- On the report you need to Un-Archive, click ‘Options’.
- Click ‘Un-Archive’.
Your report will now be made available back in the usual reporting page.
How to Archive a Report:
- Ensure the report is marked as Closed/Complete.
- On the report to Archive, click ‘Options’ and select ‘Archive’.
