Change a User's Email Address
From time to time, a user needs to have their email address changed, and this is easily done within Safe365.
Rather than ‘updating’ a user account, a Safe365 Account Administrator can invite the new email address in (the same as Adding a New User). The standard invite email will be sent, and the user can set up a new password with their new email address.
Ensure the user logs out of the Safe365 app, and logs back in with the new email address and password.
If the old email address is no longer in use, this can be Removed as a User.
