Incident, Risk/Hazard, and Safety reports can all be converted into the other.

Administrator users within Safe365 are able to convert reports, for those times where a user reports using the wrong type.

Where a report has different required fields, these will need to be entered before it can be saved.

All converts are logged within the Audit Activity Logs.

To Convert a Report:

1. Navigate to the Performance Dashboard.
2. Click into the report that needs converting.
3. When in the report, click ‘Edit’.
4. From the dropdown in the top right, select the report type to convert to.
5. Click ‘Go’.
6. You will need to enter any required information of the new report type.
7. Click ‘Save and Close’.
