If you have multiple accounts, you don't have to create checklists in every account.
If you are a User across these accounts you can share an already created checklist across multiple accounts.
How to Share a Checklist:
- Navigate to the Performance Dashboard.
- Click into ‘Checklists’.
- On the Checklist you need to Share, click ‘Options’.
- Click ‘Share’.
You will see a list of Safe365 Organisations you have access to. You are able to share to any of these.
- On the organisation you want to share you, click ‘Share’.
The checklist will be shared as inactive, so will need to be Activated to appear in the Safe365 app.
