Submit a Hazard Report from the Web (Worker Access)

To Submit a Risk/Hazard from the web as a Worker:
- Log into the Web.
- Click ‘New Hazard/Risk’.
- Complete the Hazard/Risk fields. The required fields are a Title, Impact and Likelihood, and a Description.
- Click ‘Save and Closed’.
