To Submit a Safety Observation from the web:

  1. Navigate to the Performance Dashboard and click Safety.
  2. Click ‘Add New’.
  3. Complete the Observation fields. The required fields are a Tittle and What Happened.
  4. Click ‘Save and Closed’.
